National Diabetes Audit.

The surgery is taking place in the National Diabetes Audit to improve the care available for diabetic patients.  Click here for more information. If you wish to opt out please let the surgery know by 7th July 2017

YELLOW FEVER CENTRE

We are now a Yellow Fever Centre and can offer Yellow Fever vaccinations to anyone who requires this.  You do not have to be a patient here to receive a Yellow Fever vaccination.

Please contact the surgery to arrange an appointment with the nurse.

The cost is £59.59 - this is for the vaccination and the certificate, payable in cash only at reception

CQC Inspection

The CQC Inspectors visited the surgery on Tuesday 27th October 2015 to carry out a routine inspection of our practice. We are pleased that Woodview Medical Centre was rated as Good in all areas. Their report is available on this website to view. Thank you to all those patients, including members of our PPG who contributed to their inspection.

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions may be requested by using one of the following methods:

  • Click the link at the top of this page to use our new SystmOnline repeat prescriptions ordering system. It's easier and simpler to do.
  • Return your order slip to the surgery by post. You can enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you would like us to return it to you.
  • If you are ordering a large number of items and the envelope will be bulky please provide an envelope measuring 9 inches x 6 inches. This will still be covered by first class postage.
  • Fax your order to us on 01604 646208.
  • Bring your prescription request into the surgery and post it in the box at reception.

           THREE FULL WORKING DAYS (72 HOURS) EXCLUDING

            WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS NOTICE IS REQUIRED
