Our receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GP's and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

Hameedat is our in-house pharmacist, she reviews medications and ensures they are still safe for patients to take. She can advise on side effects, dosages and any medication related enquires.

Practice / Community Midwife
We have another team of nurses attached to the practice who visit the housebound for dressings etc. These nurses are no longer based at the practice and work in a hub which covers the eastern areas of Northampton

Our health visitors can be seen by appointment. They are specially trained to advise on problems with babies and young children. To contact a health visitor telephone 0300 111 1022 option 4 between 8.30am and 5.00pm. There is also an answerphone service on this number.
The Health Visiting Team are no longer based at in the surgery and now work as part of a hub that covers the whole of Northampton.

Charlotte works for the wellbeing team at Campbell house but for the convenience of our patients sees her patients at the surgery. If you feel you require a referral to Charlotte and the wellbeing team please ask for a routine appointment with Suzie who can refer you.

Taz is a social prescribing link worker who supports patients with issues that can not be fixed by medicine alone.
She works with the patient to identify which issues they are experiencing then comes up with a plan for the patient to address these.
