I came for the blood test. The first operative had difficulty getting it but immediately booked me with her colleague who she said was an Expert and she got it done.. I was very pleased with the empathy and sincerity of the staffs. Saturday 2 August
Able to give me a same day appointment. Doctor was very helpful, explained everything and is putting things in place to help resolve my problem. Receptionist was really helpful and friendly too. As a new patient to this practice I’ve been very impressed. Friday 11 July
Dr Shah was very helpful and made me feel like I wasn’t a nuisance. Friday 11 July
I was called on time. Phlebotomist was cheerful, friendly and efficient. I was in , done, and out in minutes. She was very attentive and helpful in preventing the needle site bleeding. 100% Friday 11 July
I have always found the reception staff most courteous and helpful. Appointments have been forthcoming without hassle and the Doctors have all done their best for me as far as treating me or referring me when necessary. I have no complaints for this surgery Tuesday 18 March
