We are introducing the Contact Us Online form, allowing you to request appointments online and make admin requests.

We will fully implement this from the 1st May 2025 to replace the phone call system. You can try this from now on.

• No more waiting in long queues on the phone
• No account log in required
• Just like writing an email - 5 minutes to fill in your symptoms and availability 
• The link is open at 8am everyday Monday to Friday and close as soon as we reach the capacity
• We'll get back to you via SMS within 2 hours or 2 days, depending on urgency.

If you still call us or walk in to request appointments, our team will fill the form with you and follow the same process above. This is to maintain the fairness to all patients.
