Our Nursing staff have a wide range of qualifications and specialities.
When booking your appointments, Please ensure you book with the correct Clinician.
Nurse Practitioners can help with things like; Minor illness, Contraception, and Prescriptions.
Specialist Nurses specialise is a specific illness or problem. We have dedicated Diabetes and Mental Health Nurses.
Practice Nurses take cervical smears, asthma/COPD reviews, dressings and much more.

Coronary heart disease / hypertension, Minor illness nurse specialist, Contraception, including coils and implants, Cervical smears, CDM Clinic (Chronic Disease Management).
Treatment Room Nurses
NURSE BOSY
Bosy is our treatment room nurse who can provide patients with wound dressings, stitch removal and cervical smear tests. Bosy can also give advice with weight management and hypertension. Bosy supports patients with chronic respiratory diseases (Asthma), travel consultations and childhood immunisations.
Bosy is in the surgery Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Healthcare Assistants
NURSE AMEE
Nurse Amee is our dedicated HCA nurse, available to assist patients with various medical needs. She specializes in blood pressure, blood test, ECG, diabetic foot check and BMI. She is available from Monday to Friday 8:50am-11:50am.

Reception
Our receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make the most of the patient appointments with the GP's and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, financial claims, patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
Secretaries
Our secretaries are essential members of our GP practice, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the surgery. They handle appointment scheduling, manage patient records, and assist with referrals and correspondence. Our secretaries are dedicated to helping patients with their queries and ensuring they receive timely and efficient service.
Community Nurses
We have another team of nurses attached to the practice who visit the housebound for dressings etc. These nurses are no longer based at the practice and work in a hub which covers the eastern areas of Northampton

Health Visitors
Our health visitors can be seen by appointment. They are specially trained to advise on problems with babies and young children. To contact a health visitor telephone 0300 111 1022 option 4 between 8.30am and 5.00pm. There is also an answerphone service on this number.
The Health Visiting Team are no longer based at in the surgery and now work as part of a hub that covers the whole of Northampton.
